Chartered Valuation Surveyor with more than ten years of expertise in the valuation profession, possesses experience and competency performing and managing over 5000 valuation assignments for various property types, including residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural and agro-industrial, development lands, specialized properties, plant & machinery and asset valuations for purposes including secured lending, sale & purchase, accounting, and financial reporting, tax (such as capital gain tax and stamp duty), internal transaction purposes, rent/lease, mergers and acquisitions, etc. The variety of properties valued ranges from individual properties to island-wide property portfolios in Sri Lanka and Maldives. The clientele served ranges from private individuals to corporations and international companies.

With more than five years of experience in corporate management, I was involved with crafting and executing strategies for the company, maintaining and managing the financials in sustainable means, overseeing the company’s direction, strategy, and business approaches, evaluating executives and managers, training and development of professional staff, handling employee compensation, compliances to the standards, ensuring ethics, client care, and complaint handling.

The competencies and skills are broad as a property valuation surveyor, real estate consultant, corporate manager, trainer, counselor, researcher, and speaker. Finally, and more importantly a simple human being at the core.
